PRACTICE WHAT IF-What could go wrong, what obstacles might get in my way. Recognize the worst case as an option BUT IMAGINE SURVIVING IT. You are still breathing, you are still alive, You got through it!

WE GET TOO CAUGHT UP IN OUR IMAGINED WORLDS. THE THINGS THAT SHAKE US ARE MOSTLY FROM OUR IMAGINATION, THE MORE WE LINGER IN THESE IMAGINED WORLDS THE STRONGER OUR FEARS BECOME. WE GET CAUGHT IN A GRIP OF PANIC, IMAGINING THE WORST CASE SCENARIOS. THE ROOT OF FEAR IS THE UNKNOWN. TO TAME IT , INSPECT IT WITH REASON. IS YOUR FEAR REAL? OR IS IT A FIGMENT OF YOUR IMAGINATION. WE MUST LEARN TO LET GO OF WHAT WE CAN’T CONTROL -
