The higher entities once contemplated where to hide "The True" from people.They went through many different places, until they had an idea where to hide "the most essential" from humans: INSIDE OF THEM!Only those who look inwards can find it.

Your imperfections are not the problem, but your own resistance.</li></ul>

Love and Knowledge

Contemplate things. You will gain new insights into the matter. And to the problems that remain you say: "Thank you for letting me know that I am not able to handle this situation - but I accept it!"

When you are stressed, mad or frustrated, take three minutes and concentrate on the things you are grateful for. Your attitude will change immediately. You will relax, your breathing will slow down and after three minutes you will be able to act rationally.

Rules of the game for the successful small ego

What you wish upon others, will reflect back upon you.The world is your echo, your mirror.By wishing positive things upon others, you strengthen your own system and you feel better.

Let's give ourself the freedom to react in the here and now how we are currently able to react. If we notice later that we don't like our reaction, we need to be thankful for discovering something we can improve upon. This is way better than to curse the past and spend the rest of the day with a guilty conscience. Who has anything to gain when you live in the past?

We are not robots!

Practice the holistic view

When we hate, we blockade ourselves and others; energy cannot flow.</li></ul>

What is Love?

If you put positivity into the system, positivity will come back.If you put negativity into the system, negativity will come back.Everyone that crosses your path is either a friend or a teacher.Just as others are our mirror, we are the mirror for others.What we believe comes true. => Placebo, NoceboIf you don't love yourself, this notion will reflect to the outside and others will not love you either. Law of Resonance

When someone criticises you, look them straight in the eyes and say: "That is very interesting. Can you tell me more?"Either you can gain some insights that can expand your horizons. Or the other one has nothing constructive to say.

Their development as human being and their relationships to others are thus limited.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Object goals should be aligned with your fixed star. Fix the potholes before you travel.</li></ul>

Higher life goals bring peace of mind

Unconditional love does not derive from normal feelings. It is not the result of neuronal and hormonal interaction. Unconditional love comes from the heart. It is an act of the conscious mind. It is our soul that radiates and receives this kind of love.Receiving unconditional love can heal your soul. Sending unconditional love can heal the recipient. Radiating this love of the soul can heal the world.

<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Negative affirmations tend to manifest.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Notice your own programs and come back into the Here and Now.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Look for your inner programs by reflecting and watching your reactions for 6 weeks: What do you find wrong, mean, impossible, etc.? Write it down.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Anti-Joy Program: You may laugh in public only if you are at least 2 people and everyone knows what you are laughing about.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Our upbringing "enchants" us.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Only the little EGO would wish bad upon others. The soul would never have any such notions. Thus, the motives are small-minded, e.g. envy, vindictiveness, vengence, greed.</li></ul>
