Have a heart-to-heart conversation. If expressing yourself feels difficult, write it down and give it to them. Sometimes, words flow more easily on paper. And if they point out something you did wrong, don’t let pride get in the way — apologize. A simple “I’m sorry” can go a long way in healing your bond.
