Execution is hard because of the “whirlwind”—your daily work. The 4DX model helps you achieve breakthrough results amidst the whirlwind.

Prioritize fewer goals. Choose 1–2 WIGs (Wildly Important Goals) that will move the needle. Focus brings clarity and energy.

Lag measures show results (e.g., revenue). Lead measures predict success and are within your control (e.g., calls made, workouts done). Measure what moves the WIG.

People engage more when they know the score. A simple, visual scoreboard fuels motivation and ownership.
