Take life with a pinch of salt, don't be so hard on yourself! When I tell you that any stress/anxiety/pain you feel that you think's never going to end won't last forever that just makes it better. So when you're in the moment and not enjoying it for some reason, take a lens into the a future a little and ponder on that rather than beating yourself about it. E.g exam grades -you'll be crying for 10 minutes but after that you'll have the ice cream you were meant to anyways so just skip the crying since it wasn't gonna be how you felt for the whole day.
