1. It's temporary and things will get better!

Take life with a pinch of salt, don't be so hard on yourself! When I tell you that any stress/anxiety/pain you feel that you think's never going to end won't last forever that just makes it better. So when you're in the moment and not enjoying it for some reason, take a lens into the a future a little and ponder on that rather than beating yourself about it. E.g exam grades -you'll be crying for 10 minutes but after that you'll have the ice cream you were meant to anyways so just skip the crying since it wasn't gonna be how you felt for the whole day.

2. Life is about compromising

Things you don't wanna do but have to do or situations that you don't wanna be in but end up in. When you look on the bright side and realise that if you be the bigger person and let that musty cow win the arguement, at one point they'll have respect for you, and then your mindset changes eventually into someone that is more open minded.  Karma can be good or bad, so let's hope that when we wash the dishes when we're tired, someone will come and help us with our hard chores too even though they might not want to. Life isn't so smooth, everyone needs to change!
