1. Accept that your ego is a part of you. Don't deny or see your ego as enemy. Everybody has an ego, it's natural.
2. Change your relationship with it. Ego is like having in-laws you dislike, they're constantly a part of your life, so instead of being in constant battle with them (or your ego), try to find the good in it.
3. Intentionally use your ego as a tool for good. Use your ego, not be used by it.
