Turning Scarcity Into Abundance

A teacher gave two boys a blue car when both wanted a red one, child A insisted, child B accepted. Both still played with it in the end. Later, another boy asks "can i play with your blue car?"Child A: No, it's my toy, i don't wanna give it to you.Child B: Yes sure you can play with it.After playing, child A didn't put away his toys while child B did.

Child And His Toy: An Analogy

If you were the parent who would you rather give toys to? Child B right? It's the same when you're given money, are you the type to say "it's not enough" or do you start from a place of gratefulness, takes care of it, and even share it.

How Do You Receive Your Blessings?

If you cannot be trusted with a little, you cannot be trusted with a lot.When you see a coin while walking along the streets do you say in your mind "it's dirty, and it's just a penny, not like picking it up is a loss." or do you feel lucky, picks it up, and say thank you. How would the universe/God bless you with more? If you can't be grateful for 1 dollar you can't be fully grateful for 1,000 dollars. What if it was a test of life

How Do You Perceive Money?

Everybody knows the quote "God loves a cheerful giver" but let me tell you that God also loves a cheerful receiver.

If we come from a place of scarcity we will only create more scarcity. If we start from a place of abundance we will create more abundance.Ex. Rob Dial gave out 20 dollars in 1's to different people when he felt he doesn't have enough money. He realized "oh, i can still pay bills, eat food, and have extra to give." The sense of scarcity was replaced with sense of abundance. Abundance is not only about having enough, it is having more than you need.Money is energy, it flows. Money comes into our hands, it comes off our hands. It's a cycle.

Brainwash Yourself

Rob Dial's story of brainwashing himself was out of the box and just crazy, but it works! I want to try it with what i can give, doesn't have to be exactly like his.I'm also one of you, yes you reading this. I realized that i should start giving and sharing my blessings more. <ul><li>Mindset matters a lot. Only you, overwhelms yourself. Stop blaming external events.</li><li>You feel overwhelmed because you need to get a lot of things done but you can only do one thing at a time.</li><li>If you wanna feel better - progress makes you feel better. Progress = happiness.</li><li>Allowing yourself to be overwhelmed is like moving faster in quicksand, you only make yourself sink deeper.</li><li>What to do:</li></ul><ol><li>Take deep breaths and take a step back mentally. Think about something that you're grateful for to get out of stress and start coming from a positive place.</li></ol>

Overwhelm Is A Perspective

2. Don't think about everything all at once. Take a pen and paper and write it down to release it all. Look at it and find the most important one you want to take action on.3. Identify the next step only, not the next 5,000 steps.4. Get your physical body moving. This builds momentum, action creates more action. Inaction creates more inaction. Always looking for motivation is bs, according to psychology when you take action, you become motivated.5. Just do it, take action regardless of how you feel. Focus on accomplishing the most important thing. It's hard to be overwhelmed by one thing.

The quest for acceptance is human nature. Some people try to conform because they fear rejection, this can be traced back to cave times where, when you get separated from the flock it means death - due to the difficulty of surviving alone.Extreme conformity is poison dressed as wine. It makes other people like you but you end up not liking yourself .

Introduction

<ol><li>Ask yourself "What are my values?" </li><li>Understand your personality. Are you an Introvert? Extrovert? Ambivert? What are your strengths and weaknesses? etc.</li><li>Explore your interests. What do you love to do? Is there a habit you haven't done in a long time? What do you wanna try? etc.</li><li>Be Honest with yourself. Be honest about who you are, what you wanna do, where you wanna go; how you wanna do it acknowledging when you're wrong etc.</li><li>Set boundaries. When you find who you are, you need to decide what you're going to allow and not, who you hang out with, etc. Protect your sense of self.</li></ol>

Finding Your Truest Self

6. Speak your Truth. If you lose people for doing this, they loved the other version of you. Those who stick with you loves you for who you are.7. Accept that you're weird. Embrace your uniqueness. Your need to fit in will make you invisible in this world. Be comfortable in your own skin.8. Surround yourself with amazing people. People who love the changes in you. Who supports you.9. Challenge your beliefs. Finding your truest self is an ongoing process.
