  • pH measures the acidity or alkalinity of a liquid, on a scale from 0 (very acidic) to 14 (very alkaline), with 7 being neutral.
  • Acidic liquids have a pH less than 7, like Coca-Cola and Sprite, which are around 2.5 to 3.5.

Neutral liquids have a pH of 7, like pure water.
