I drink a lot of coffee, even though I have tried to quit many times. I get one as soon as I wake up. My body doesn’t need it, but I do it anyway. Then, I take another during my morning break, and another in the afternoon.
But guess what? I hardly need any of those coffee shots. I need more hydration.
