Change Isn’t a Concept—It’s a Daily Choice

Start tuning into your emotions: calm? stressed? happy? frustrated?If you’re not okay, ask yourself:⚪ What can I change about this?⚪ How would I feel if I overcame this?🧠Once you imagine that improved state—capture it. That’s your fuel. You’re making the change to feel that.

Ask Yourself the Right Questions

Your social circle deeply influences your state of mind. We absorb the emotions and beliefs of others.🧠If you’re surrounded by negativity or fear, you’ll absorb that too.🧠 To change, connect with those who uplift and inspire you and distance yourself from what pulls you down.

Talk to the Right People

Among the right people, humor becomes a powerful tool—even in dark times.Remember Harry Potter, where fear was defeated by imagining funny things? That works in real life too.🧠 Personal example: Living amid military conflict, my friends and I find relief in dark humor about what's happening —and we feel no fear. We laugh it off.😅

This moment matters.I choose to live it and feel it.Staying in a bad mood only hurts me.” Now it’s your turn: be creative, create your own. Make it real. Make it something that you can believe in.
