Planning is not you come up with a dream and it's magically gonna happen, Planning is setting up goals for yourself.Let's say your want 1000 followers, that's a dream it's not a goal, A goal is when you can reverse engineer that goal to where you can see every single step that you have to take to get to that particular goal .So how do you get a 1000 followers? You need to put some content out for that, And then convert those viewers to followers.Let's just say you need 100k views to get 1000 followers, That's 1% of your viewers, so now you know how hard you have to work for it.

1. Lack Of Planning 

Let's go a little bit deeper, you putting out a video everyday doesn't means you gonna reach a 100k views, you need to now calculate the average view count per video. In order to do that you take all the views and divide it by all the videos, let's say you have 10 videos in your social media, in order to reach 100k views you need all your 10 videos to have 10k views each.So it goes like, you need 10 videos, each having 10k views to get 100k views in order to get 1000 followers.You see how a goal has a step by step sequence, It's not just this i want a Lamborghini.

And then you decide do i want put that much content out? What's the rate of success? What's the effort that i wanna put out in order to get to that goal?And that's the main question you gonna find yourself asking. If you are not asking these questions then you are not writing real goals.When you can see the energetic cost that you have to put in,that's when you know it's a goal or a dream.

In business you have to change your mindset around money, if you trade your money for something that loses value it dies. So you have to trade it on something which multiplies it's value, like your skills, the quality of your products or content etc.

2. Lack Of Funding 

Here's the truth that most people don't understand, they need to do some market research before they create a product, website etc, before they even name their business.You should think about what are your products doing to solve problems, People are not buying your products they are buying the desired outcomes, the desired outcomes that people want health, wealth, mastery and social status, And you need to communicate to them how they will get to that desired outcome.

3. Lack Of Market Demand 

Managing money is the most important task, and learning money management can help you a lot.Second thing is learning how to manage people, how to deal with them, and the only way to do it is just do it, you can't rely on books when it comes to dealing with emotions you gotta experience it.

4. Poor Management 

Lastly, never underestimate the amount of competition, just do simple keyword research and look at how many videos exists for that certain keyword, look at how many blogs and articles exists, competition is a lot harder than you may expect, so the question is not, how do you get away from the competition, the question is that how do you stand out from the competition.

We should be happy with whatever we have, then why we run behind success ?To answer this question we gotta understand success first.For some people success = Money.For some it 's to achieve their dream.For some it's to serve their purpose.If you fall in the 2 & 3 category then you understand that success isn't only about materialism, it has some more meanings.

Do you feel sad most of the time?

Why do we feel jealous? It's because we compare ourselves with others. Let's say you think you are a good-looking man and there's an another man who is just as good-looking as you but taller, you will think that ahh! I'm screwed. Or you are a pretty woman but you see a woman who is prettier than you or she has the exact body type that you want, and your boyfriend is talking to her you are going to feel inferior and that causes jealousy.

How To Overcome Jealousy 

You feel jealous because you compare yourself to others in one category, we often worry about one look, one physical feature or one idea of ourselves that makes us special to someone. But that doesn't makes us special. Remember someone is always going to beat you in one or more categories, there's always gonna be someone more intelligent than you, someone taller than you, someone who can teach to people better than you or has better body shape.

But here is the difference we may looks at him and say ohh! He is tall and good-looking but is he tall good-looking and funny? Is he tall good-looking and generous? Is he tall good-looking and as thoughtful as me? In other words is this someone who really beats me in every category or am I just focusing on one thing? So instead of focusing on just excelling on one area focus on diversifying that portfolio and say I'm gonna be that person who brings so much to the table in every area.

Like in the amount of positive energy i bring to them, the amount of generosity i bring to them, and how much I compliment them and feel them great, in how much I spark their imagination and make them think about the things they've never thought about before, in the amount that I show them new worlds that haven't discovered before. I'm gonna be that person that represents so many good things that it doesn't matter if someone excels in one category they can never compete with all of the things that I am as an entirety.

And if someone still leaves me at that point when I'm being all of those things, that really means that I can leave them with a good heart, knowing that this person wasn't the person for me and that someone else is genuinely better for them.At the end focus on the package that you can bring to them

Sometimes jealousy can me motivating but most of the time it can destroy you, so it's better to know what's it's cause and how to overcome it, and develop more mature personality.

What I learnt after reading everyday for 1 Year

One of my weakest point, cause I used to procrastinate a lot, really a lot. I still do, but most of the time i try to follow, ''The 1 minute rule'', if something takes less than 1 minute to do then I'll just do it right at the moment. We are growing our bad habits from years, so it's going to take some time to overcome them, the most effective way is to take baby steps, like '1 min rule' and eventually these small steps will make some big changes.

Dealing With Procrastination 

Again a really hard thing, I lack discipline but managed to gain ' 1 year streak ' . It wasn't easy but wasn't that hard too. I read on deepstash that "consistency is better than perfect", It really is. Discipline can beat talent. My key to maintain discipline is to celebrate small achievements it helps in building confidence to achieve more.

Maintaining Discipline 

Short term goalsWhen I first started time management i was setting completely unrealistic goals and after failing to achieve them i used to get really demotivated. 'I already knew from the start', to manage time, you got to set realistic goals but I just ignored all and tried to achieve those unrealistic goals. I ended up being highly stressed, This taught me that you gotta use what you know don't always start from the start. Set realistic goals and gradually move towards harder goals.

Time Management 

It is very important to be creative to grow but when you follow a certain time table where you have to repeat same things your creativity dies. So, it's very important to add some creative activities in your routine like learn music, painting, anything which requires imagination. Always remember creativity is the thing which will make you stand out from others.

Creativity 

This is one of the most important things that I learnt, whenever making any decision just imagine the worst case scenario, what's the worst that can happen if you take that decision, If you are ok with the worst case then go ahead with your decision but if you are not, then don't take that decision.
