We often hear the advice to live in the present, forgetting the past and future. It sounds good, but is it truly practical? I always tell my close ones not to worry—live in the present; there's no future, no past, just this moment. It feels good listening to it, right? But it's easier said than done. I've relapsed into my past many times, knowing it doesn't matter and that being anxious about the future is futile. It's okay to not be okay sometimes. We’re humans, not programmed to feel certain emotions at specific times. Shit happens.

Chill and listen carefully—don't let any word of this blog stick in your mind the wrong way. Just feel it; it's just an opinion. Do you remember that girl or guy you had a relationship with, fantasized about living with, cried over, or been embarrassed by your own actions? Many of your happy moments? Hey, come back here and stop smiling! Does any of that make sense right now at this moment? Any of your past relationships, crushes, or best friends with whom you made lifelong plans—do any of those exist right now?

If they do, good for you, but are you sure those things hold the same effort, energy, and excitement? They can't because things aren't meant to be that way. This is the law of nature: creation, sustainment, destruction, and it cycles around again and again. It's a basic pattern for everything in the universe.

Let's talk about a person's character and their past. A person, in my opinion, should not be judged, treated, or behaved according to their past actions, whether positive or negative. Listen, I have an example. Let’s understand the theory behind why I've been blabbering all of this. You must be wondering why I called out that the past makes no sense, and now I’m saying that a person's past actions don't define them. Mistakes don’t conclude that a person is bad, and good deeds don’t make them worship-worthy or godlike.

Life is unpredictable, and the past doesn't define our future. Embrace the present moment, trust yourself, and strive to become the best version of you. 🌟
- We cannot control the past, but we can shape our future by living fully in the present.
- Trusting ourselves enables us to make better decisions and embrace opportunities that come our way.
- We should always strive to be the best versions of ourselves, not comparing ourselves to anyone else. 🌸
